This fantastic opportunity will suit a candidate with a background in customer facing reception, with an outgoing personality, who is a real ‘people’ person. Ideally you will have also previously worked as a Receptionist/Host in the automotive industry.
The general day-to-day duties will consist of welcoming customers into the dealership and directing them to the correct department, handling the main telephone switchboard, assisting with administrative duties and making outbound calls. You will also be managing waiting customers and the customer lounge area.
You will have access to excellent training opportunities at Volvo’s state of the art training facility, including comprehensive brand training and the opportunity to become certified as a Volvo accredited Host.
Reception experience, ideally in the automotive industry
Good level of IT competency
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills
Able to organise and prioritise workload
Ability to work under pressure
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
